Packaging Details:
All the products are packed in right way to keep it safe.
For small sizes of products we use tray + carton,
For bigger sizes we use foam slot + carton.
we also design packages according to customers' requirements.
Shipping Details:
For small quantity orders: we ship by our DHL/ FEDEX/ Express service, it is safe and fast.
For large quantity orders: we ship by buyer's freight forwarder in China.
Delivery Details:
Ready-made Sample: within 1 week
Custom Sample: 1~ 2 weeks
Mass production: 3- 4 weeks

1. Q: 16x2 character order process
A: PO is placed by clients → PI is issued by Royal Display → Payment by clients → Lead time is confirmed by Royal Display → Shipping instrction by Clients → Delivery → Cargo tracking → Receipt of cargo
2. Q: Lead time ( after payment is confirmed)
A: Sample: usually 5-7 working days, Volume: 3- 60 working days

A: T/T , Western union, L/ C, Credit card, and Cash
4. Q: Warranty

5. Q: RMA Process
A: Claimed by cliens with photos or videos → Sales rep of Royal Display confirm if have questions → Sales rep issue RMA No to clients if confirmed by QA → Return to Royal Display → Formal report after goods received by Royal Display → Clients confim the analysis report → Proceeding as per the Report both agreed
6. Q: Notes
